BootyBarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
Taught as a traditional dance class. Class starts with a warm-up, across-the-floor exercise, then choreography is broken down into chunks and taught each week. At the end of the series, dancers have learned the entire piece of choreography.
YogaFit® is modern fitness yoga that intertwines fitness moves with basic yoga postures and flowing sequence leading to relaxing stretches.
Zumba Gold® is a gentle, lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors.
