BootyBarre

BootyBarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.

ChoreoFusion

Taught as a traditional dance class. Class starts with a warm-up, across-the-floor exercise, then choreography is broken down into chunks and taught each week. At the end of the series, dancers have learned the entire piece of choreography.

YogaFit

YogaFit® is modern fitness yoga that intertwines fitness moves with basic yoga postures and flowing sequence leading to relaxing stretches.

Bravo Basics

Bravo Basics is a low-impact dance fitness class. Move, Groove, Stretch, and Improve Balance and Flexibility in this fun upbeat class. Perfect for beginners and those returning to their fitness routine or in need of low-impact activity.
